ISIT’s research capabilities span conversion, magnet families, characterization, powders and electromagnets, with test limits and finishing routes for each.
Research on converting ore to lanthanum, samarium and neodymium–praseodymium metal — the midstream step that is strategic for magnet supply chains.
Development of NdFeB and SmCo magnets in discs, rods, bricks and custom polarity. Energy product up to 40 MGOe with controlled alignment.
Alnico to 5 MGOe. FeCrCo and hard ferrites for high-temperature or cost-sensitive duty.
